Booking with Confidence: Our Policies and Procedures Explained
At Sweat FXBG, we want everyone to have the opportunity to attend our group-fitness classes. Our goal is to ensure everyone has fair and equitable access to all services offered at Sweat and that members remain consistent in their health and fitness journey. To ensure we can accommodate everyone, we've implemented a few policies for reservations, waitlists, and cancellations.
Reservations
Reservations can be made 14 days in advance and a valid pricing plan must be used in order to do so.
Waitlists
We have enabled waitlists for all services at Sweat. If the service you wish to sign up for is fully booked, you can join the waitlist to be notified of an open spot on a first-come, first-served basis. To join a waitlist, you must do so in our mobile app.
If a space becomes available, our system automatically adds the first individual on the waitlist into a class. This may occur in the middle of the night, so we encourage you to actively manage your bookings and waitlist reservations. If you no longer want to be in a given class, please cancel your booking or waitlist reservation.
Cancellations
You made a reservation for a class but something comes up and you can’t make it. What should you do?
You may cancel any reservation you have up to 2 hours prior to the start of that reservation. Cancellations must be done in app or on the web by you. We no longer accept cancellations through voicemail, social media messages, or via any other means.
Late Cancel / No Show Fee
If you fail to cancel a reservation at least 2 hours prior to the start or you don't show up to a reserved class, you will be charged a $14.00 "no show/late cancellation" fee if you are on an unlimited pricing plan or you will forfeit a class if you are on a class pack / studio drop-in.
If you late cancel or do not show up to a reservation as a result of an emergency, please message us as we reserve the right to waive this fee on a case by case basis.
Accounts with unpaid fees are subject to suspension or termination, without refund, should they remain in arrears for more than 10 calendar days.
